They’re fraudulently holding verified funds just because “they can” And I got no straight answer from anyone at their call center. Account services blocked me from asking them questions, and the reps are very uneducated they’re just reading a script. I will not use them anymore after this experience. It’s the same stuff everytime I receive a payment
When your business funds are held up and you don't know why! The first thing I did was panic and get upset. After going thought the square process to have my funds released, I took a different approach in how I viewed and handle the whole incident. As a small business I can't afford to have my funds held for two days, but business to business we have to respect each other's position in business, so my suggest to you square is to have more than one quick solution in your verification process over your multiple questions, to ensure your customer base confidence in the process and to help maintain their small business. In all fairness to square, my issues were resolved in 1 day, with a rep. who showed resilience with me as I was upset. I say thank you for your patients.
