IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY DON'T USE SQUARE FOR YOUR BUSINESS.If I could give less than 1 star I would. I have used square for over 10 years. They have a service that you can have a percentage of your card sales go to a savings account. Sounded great until I went to transfer the money out. Now I cannot get my money and no one can help me. I don't know if it is a glitch in the system or if they just don't want to release the money for some reason. It has been 2 weeks and I still cannot get a reason for why my money is unable to be transferred out. And no one will update me as to what is going on. I even have an account representative. Very unprofessional and they don't seem to know what they are doing.My reply to squares response. I have already spent hours on a daily basis with square support, and through email and text with my account representative. I am clearly not going to get any further by contacting customer support again. I already have 2 tickets out that have both been "escalated" (a fancy term for punted to someone else who could also care less). Again your money is not safe or secure with square financial. When they decide not to release your money, you are at their mercy. I will probably never see my $2500.
After verifying my account through selfie and id,they deactivated my account and have been holding my funds from 6 months.Now i cannot issue refunds and they are holding my hard earned money.Stay away from square.Why you asked my id and selfie if you wanted to deactivate the account.Please release my funds ASAP.
These boots are very high quality. I purchased the Hobart Steel Toe boots and am very pleased. The cushion is the best of any shoe I have ever experienced hands down. I am a industrial mechanic on my feet and up on ladders many hours of the day and these are very comfortable. They felt already broke in right out of the box.
It was a touch an go for a couple of days. I was having issues with signing into my account. I call customer support on 09/11/23. I was on hold for a while. I finally customer support agent Jonny D answer. Very professional, understanding, and very patient. He work with me into the issues were solved. He really made my days. I was so frustrated before hand.
I sell my products at craft fairs. My sells are four times what they were when I was only accepting cash. Not everyone has cash on them anymore. It also helped with my higher end pieces I sell. Extremely easy to use and very reliable.
We are a 501c that has begun fund raising to increase our budget. I purchased the Square products on a recommendation from a member and I was very satisfied on how easy the POS was and the dashboard. And, how quickly Square deposited the funds into our bank account. I am very pleased that this part of the operation is seamless.
