Square is very convenient and easy to set up, easy to copy a link and send to clients that prefer paying with credit card. But be mindful of the 2.9% service fee if billing large amounts. Their customer service reps, we had Randall, was top notch. I am really glad we signed up.
Steel blue are by far the most comfortable boot I've ever worn, I'm a roughneck and I'm on my feet 12.5 hrs a day for 14 day hitches and my feet are my livelihood, so having a boot that's not only dependable but extremely comfortable is a must and steel blue boots have exactly that.. I personally wear the heeler bump cap or the square toe. I would recommend these boots to anybody looking for a pair of boots that have stood the test for me and I will only ever buy steel blue boots for work since I discovered them just a year ago September 22, 2022 to be exact and I continue to wear steel blue today and will continue to wear them as long as I work in the oil and gas industry or need boots to work around the house.!
I wish I could have used Square for my harm reduction not-for-profit because the platform would have greatly simplified my operation. I distribute, on a sliding scale, essential drug-checking equipment such as reagents and immunoassay test strips in the spirit of public health and safety. These products are widely embraced and understood as fundamentally necessary products to assist those struggling with use disorders to keep safe, especially in today's landscape where one can almost bank on the presence of life-threatening adulterants in substances of abuse. Look up the term "harm reduction" to get an idea of this. Nobody in the real world considers these materials paraphernalia, but online payment processors certainly do.Anyway, my grievance with Square is that they sent me an email telling me that my business cannot use their services, then they charged me for them anyway and never responded to my request for either a review or a refund. I got neither, and it's been I think a couple of weeks now. Really just want to use the service since my business does not even actually violate the terms. But, short of that, I'm pretty broke and would not mind getting my money back for a product I am not even allowed to use.
This is sooooo easy to set up. My granddaughter wanted to start a little handmade bracelet business and we knew if she didn’t take credit cards, she could lose business to other vendors. She’s in the 5th grade and starting to express some entrepreneurship. So easy to use, and absolutely idiot-proof to set up, AND it came with a free swipe accessory for those who may not have chip.
