Our business has been using square since 2015 and we love how easy it is to use. Payments process so quickly and if their is a problem they are willing to help. Getting a loan for a small business has been quick to get and easy to repay. New equipment to process credit cards is sleek and customers like the touch free system.

my money is still locked away

After deactivating my account, they claimed a 90-day fund hold. Twelve months later, my money is still locked away. Square's failure to uphold their own policies and the prolonged financial distress they've caused highlight their utter disregard for customer trust and satisfaction.

Release my funds its been 1 year since you deactivated my account.I tried to contact you through email and phone but everytime i receive this pre written email "Square holds funds after deactivation in order to cover any potential refunds or payment disputes from your customers.Please reference your initial deactivation notice to note the scheduled release date of your funds. We will also notify you via email once your funds have been released to your bank.​For further information on why we hold funds, please review sections 10, 11, and 12 of our Payment Terms."I don't wanna use square anymore i just need my funds.There are no pending disputes/chargebacks on my account but you are holding my money without any reason.My account was deactivated on Aug 4,2022.

Runs narrow at the bottom opening / hips while it’s wider at chest.Bought size medium for my 12 year old thinking it will be good for next fall/ winter but I’m having serious doubts and if I exchange for the Large then it looses its proportions.He is not a big / tall or chunky kid I would say average.

order to store FAILED

I placed an order to be shipped and picked up to the Times Square location. The package was unable to be delivered, per UPS’s site. I contacted customer service and they shipped out a new order for me to an alternate address, however they did not follow proper instructions when I asked to change the addressees name. The package was lost and found 2 days later. Every-time I tried to track the package no details would appear.

Cashier is not friendly at all

Cashier is not friendly at all. Very cold and not courtesy conversation when askes for bag during online pickup order. I could’ve paid if i have to.
