I honestly didn't have the best experience with SuperDry US. I've purchased the brand several times in the UK but this site fell short. Lots of the items I ordered appeared very different on their online site. They also had a set shipping fee which was disappointing since I ordered above $80. I reached out to customer service regarding my concerns and they weren't too helpful.
They do not verify the email addresses before letting people sign up. Someone has "borrowed" my email address, now I am inundated with emails from Square. I've contacted them and they have done nothing about it. Stay away from these people!Their response is to ask me to call them. Of course, they provide a number where you need to have or want an account to connect to anyone! I do NOT have an account and I certainly do NOT want one.This is an app-based company that does not know how to verify emails. That seems suspect in itself, doesn't it?
My last purchase was excellent but I still have to hear from Superdry. I sent an email last week before receiving my order about a possible refund for the difference because when I ordered the item there was 20% discount but these past few days it was down to 25%.
