I love that I can run my business almost entirely from Square. Even building my savings! I've never have saved as much as I do now with square. Love this feature and all the others like commerce and website building. Almost everything is a one stop shop for my business. Super cohesive. I waiting to return to using their appointment booking feature (I stopped about a year ago after using it for several years). It still doesn't have enough features for me as a independent hair stylist but I'm sure they will implement them in the future. They've been really good about listening to us (the merchants) whenever we voice a feature we would like to see developed in the future.
I’ve been using Square for about eight years now, and it is truly help me in the expansion of my business from the easy employee clock in and out process to their easy low interest loans. I would recommend this to any new or experience business owner!
When I had my bigger welding business I had initially went through Costco, long story short is they started costing me money and the reliability of the machines went down hill. That's when I went with Square and had them till I sold my business. Now I have a small Photography company and I use them for most of my sales.
Square is the perfect POS & Ecommerce package for our business. It allows us to better track of inventory, we really like the "low inventory" notifications. I appreciate their customer service teams, especially the ecommerce team! They're really nice and provide information that I can utilize. We highly recommend Square!
I’ve used Square from day on of my business and I’m going into my 12th year. I have had opportunities to switch to other merchant services but, I utilize the many products that Square offers. I use their payroll , loans, savings and I wouldn’t change as they know my business. I’m sure there are other companies out there with lower fees however a lot if not all will raise their fees once you are established with them. I like the easiness there is to use this system.
