I wanted to use their promotion with other mtd software, but imagine you're trying to open the account, you send all the documents for verification and you keep getting emails asking to resubmit documents, which you can't do, because every link says "documents already submitted". I keep getting those remainders though, because they still "didn't hear from me". I wonder why. Tech issue like this from an online bank, come on. What year is this.
Zempler bank, as a new customer i joined online, when i rang them direct they will not answer their telephones been trying all day for 3 days now, andd they wont answer reply to the emails we send them. as a customer it feels like its a scam company! im going to cancell my account and get a refund from my bank scam company! stay away. man rule never join a company where customer service does not exist!
My account was unexpectedly put on hold, requiring ID and address verification. I received no notification, leaving me without access to my funds on a Sunday. There was no explanation for this, and the verification process takes five days. It's incredibly difficult to provide for my child during winter without my money. This has been the most frustrating experience I've ever encountered.
My account has been blocked, and I have received no communication regarding this issue. I was informed multiple times that my account was under review and that I would be contacted, but that has not occurred. There have been no updates, explanations, or requests for further information.
I have clearly stated on several occasions that the funds in my account come from a legitimate and verifiable source of income. Despite this, my account remains restricted with no progress or transparency.
So far, the company has:
- Blocked my account without resolution
- Failed to provide any updates on the review
- Not requested any additional information
- Repeatedly claimed I would be contacted, which has not happened
This lack of communication and access to my funds has led to significant stress and financial hardship. I would strongly recommend others to be cautious, as support and transparency seem to be very poor when issues arise.
I started a new business and opened an account with a certain service. After funding the account, I attempted to pay for a necessary service, but the platform wouldn't accept the card despite having sufficient funds. I would rate this as 0 stars if possible, as they have charged my credit card four times for an alleged bank card, which appears as a cash advance on my credit card statement. This has severely impacted my credit rating since withdrawing cash from a credit card can significantly lower it. I've reached out to them multiple times and raised three tickets, but no one has responded. I have not received any refunds. The application states a fee of £5.95 for the card, yet they have taken the money four times! It's baffling!
