Subject: Formal complaint- Flight attendant Miayonthi Desilva "aka" Mia (Sri Lanka)Overall your Emirates service is excellent! However, there was an incident on 2/5/23 Ek204 Flight attendant, MIAYONTHI DESILVA AKA MIA(SRI LANKA) after requesting a TORTE dessert, she CHARGED at me to say 1 per person. This dessert was NOT included in my low salt meal. I requested her name from another attendant. Apparently, Mia became aware and immediately CHARGED again to my row to say "YOU ASKED FOR MY NAME?" I responded "Yes, and while you are here you can provide me with your last name". I wanted to ensure I reported the correct attendant. I continued to explain to her how RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL she was regarding her NASTY response to my request. I told her as a Manager, in my profession. I will take this opportunity to COACH her and informed Mia ," it's not WHAT we say, it's HOW we say things when speaking with a customer"Mia did not reflect the Emirates Brand or any other company brand. I would hope that this incident would be addressed immediately. I desperately wanted to share my horrible experience upon arrival to Dubai but couldn't find the information.I'm happy to be able to share my experience at this time.*(Photo of Dessert)
