My husband and I booked a vacation to Dubai for 8 nights. Hotel and air from JFK. It was very easy to book and make payments on the website. When I needed to make changes customer service was very helpful. It was a great vacation and will definitely book again on the site.
We booked about 9 months in advance and the process was flawless. We got what we requested and the flight and accommodations were great. The process was very easy and when we had questions we had a designated rep who answered all of them. I am glad they are setup that way and will be using them again for international travel.
Wow!!!Don’t hesitate to book a vacation with Emirates Vacations My wife and I live in Vancouver Bc Canada and decided to booked a vacation to Dubia And then Maldives ❤️ We saw an Emirates commercial on TV and we’re very intrigued …I browsed on the internet to check out Emirates Holidays I decided on Raffles on the palm in Dubia and Lux southern atoll Beach Villa …I found a toll free number and contacted a representative from Emirates Vacations we had a brief conversation and in 10 mins all booked Omg very efficient…hotel transfers including Float plane and greetings at every pointof our vac with personal attention ❤️My wife and I were celebrating our 40 th Anniversary and Emirates Holidays Vacations added that classy touch throughout our travels…The flight crew Made us feel very special ..as if we were in first class so memorable 👏Thanks for a wonderful Vacation Sincerely Randy and Sharon Jensen 🇨🇦
Excellent experience again with Emirates Vacations. We booked a trip last year through the website and same excellent experience. We received all proper documentation on time, reminders notices when needed, etc. All side bookings (like private transport, guides, etc...) were there, on time and waiting for us. The only two small issues that we have encountered both times are: processing payment online and seats selection.Online payment: both time we booked (not sure if it is related to the full amount), we weren't able to complete payment online. But, after sending an email to customer service, we were called back within 24 hours to complete the transaction at the convenient time for us. Customer service was excellent and revised the full booking with us by phone.Seats selection: this might be the same on different airlines (I just don't remember) but both times we flew Business Class and only when the full payment is done to Emirates Vacations that the airline Emirates gives you the opportunity to choose your seats via their mobile app or the website. I would like that seat selection could be available at booking (at least for Business Class) even with just a deposit as when you fly with your significant other or children, you want to make sure you are all together. Obviously this is less of an issue when you book 60 days before your trip as you have to pay in full your trip right away. But when you book a trip 6-9 months in advance, it would be great to have the opportunity to select the seats to prevent the possibility that the family will not be together.
My first time using Emirates Holiday and It was a great experience! I love how you can put a small amount down for a deposit and pay as you go. That’s a great way to lock in plans! The airline staff were all professional and really nice and accommodating. They make sure you’re comfortable on your aircraft.
We had fantastic time with our Dubai vacation. Fact that we were able to get a good deal for our package with Emirate Vacation was fantastic. We like the payment plan that makes it easier for us to book the package. The flight and hotel experience was great. We are spreading the word about Emirate Vacation to our family and friends. First time to use Emirate Holidays, I will definitely use them again and recommend them to family and friends.. Their customer service is very superb, they are accommodating. From the original booking, the time I left and return they kept me up to date.On arrival at Dubai airport, representative is waiting to meet us and give directions through immigration, baggage collection and transport to our hotel. Their in-resort concierge rep. Mrs. Johra is so awesome, very helpful and professional.Excellent service.
Booking with Emirates Holidays has been one of the most frustrating travel experiences I’ve had. Their lack of accountability, refusal to issue a reasonable refund, and outright dishonesty show that they do not care about customer service once they have your money.1️⃣ Unusable Half-Board Meal Plan – Refund Denied for No ReasonI paid for a meal plan at Fairmont Makkah but was unable to use a single meal due to the hotel’s check-in policies and restaurant hours. When I requested a refund the next day, I was told I couldn’t get one simply because I booked through Emirates Holidays. Meanwhile, my brother-in-law, who booked directly with the hotel, was refunded immediately with no issue.Instead of taking responsibility, Emirates Holidays rep Saeed made false claims that my brother-in-law booked through a "different tour operator" (which is not true) rather than admitting that they simply refused to issue a refund. They completely ignored my last email when I pointed this out.They also blamed me for not calling their "24/7 emergency line" to check restaurant hours. A meal plan should be straightforward and accessible, not something I need to "investigate" before using. Instead of admitting they could have refunded me just like the hotel did for my brother-in-law, they ignored my last email completely.2️⃣ Lied About My Transfer Time & Blamed MeI originally had an 8:45 AM transfer but requested it be changed to 8:00 AM more than one day in advance. Emirates Holidays gave me attitude because it wasn’t a full 48-hour notice, but they reluctantly agreed to move it to 8:00 AM “just this once.”On the day of the transfer, the driver arrived at 8:55 AM—55 minutes after my requested time. While waiting, I contacted Emirates Holidays via WhatsApp, and instead of admitting to the delay, they lied and said I had actually changed the time to 8:30 AM.Thankfully, I have screenshots from Emirates Holidays and the transportation company confirming the 8:00 AM time. This was an outright attempt to gaslight me into thinking the delay was my fault when in reality, they were just disorganized and unprofessional.3️⃣ Terrible Customer Service – Avoid Booking Through ThemBetween the denied refund, misinformation, and dishonesty, it’s clear that Emirates Holidays is only interested in taking customers' money—not providing any real service.💬 Final Verdict? If you book through Emirates Holidays, be prepared to: ❌ Lose money on services you can’t use. ❌ Be lied to when they make a mistake. ❌ Get ignored when you ask for accountability.Would I ever book with Emirates Holidays again? Absolutely not.
