From entering the Emirates lounge to boarding the plane .This company excells it self absolutely fantastic 👏 well done .We had economy seats with plenty of leg room for a 24 hour flight to Australia. All drinks free , No plastic cutlery and even when the lights went out the ceiling had little diamonds that looked like stars.The only thing I can fault them for is me and my husband sat near the toilet door, after around 12 hours of people coming back and too every time the door opened we kept getting a pong.
