What an amazing experience! I booked my trip to Dubai for me and my daughters ( two special birthdays). The lady who assisted me over the phone with the flight and the hotel as well as transfer was very thoughtful, patient and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions. Flight was amazing. Premium Economy definitely worth but might fly Business Class next time. Greeting at the airport was delightful with directions and info provided the minute we got off the plane. Assistance was there throughout the airport, although not needed. Car and Driver were ready to go and check in was flawless with the Ocean Deluxe room as booked. Amenities due to low season were definitely appreciated and Jumeirah Group leaves nothing to be desired for. Jumeirah Mina A'Salam is a jewel of a hotel with wonderful staff.Return transfer was confirmed two days prior with driver right on time.We are already looking at our next trip with you..
