I used Emirates Vacations to book travel to Bali …..the prices was amazing …customer service was a bit mixed The airport staff needs a little more training because you get mixed messages then you are brushed off if you ask for more information (JFK) Inflight experience was good exceptional on all legs of the vacation ….the hotel used on this vacation ….customer service went over and beyond….overall I will definitely use Emirates Vacations in the future ….I will not let the JFK team damage my views. Sometimes the wait time to speak to an agent was extremely long but the customer service once you speak to someone was exceptional.Email response sometimes was also a bit long and inconsistent
