Be aware from this company, emirates vacation is different than emirates airlines.Never book with them.They are very unprofessional and never honest. I’m still waiting for $4382 that they charged me on February 27th because they overbook my return flight and they couldn’t get me on the flight because of their unprofessional mistakes and the unprofessional people.And it’s impossible to speak to representative.Below is the email that I received from them on March 2nd The agent promised to credit me within a week .Today is April 4th and still nothing Dear Mr Rami SalhaWe are very sorry to hear that you have had to cancel your travel plans with Emirates Vacations.Please find attached your cancellation invoice, refunds due to you will be issued within 25 working days.Thank you once again for your original booking with Emirates Vacations and we would be delighted to assist you with any future travel arrangements.Best regardsThe Emirates Vacations Team
