This has been such a wonderful experience from the beginning of our booking till the end of our trip. Customer service overall with Emirates Vacation has been outstanding. My mother and a couple of her friends are so excited they booked a trip to Dubai on Emirates. I told them all about the service that Emirates provided. The flight crew was delightful and pleasant. My expectations was blown away. I will continue to do my best to book all of my vacations with emirates vacation. I felt at ease and I had a lot of questions in the beginning. Trust was built and they got our business. The only thing I would say is to wrap your luggage or use the soft cover luggage instead of the hard shell. I traveled with a brand new hard shell and the corners were cracked after receiving them at baggage claim.
