We are so displeased with Emirates vacations and would not recommend them at all. We booked in October for our vacation in December and a week prior to our travel date they sent us an email to say they need to relocate us of the hotel we already paid in full for and we had the confirmation for back in october. We are leaving to the states in 2 days and we have no hotel to stay at as they are still trying to fix the problem. They won’t communicate with us u less we call. And each time we call we are on hold for an average 45-60 min and today I spent 90 min on hold. I will complain to consumer protection and take it even higher than that.
