I was given a time slot between 9am and noon, but no one showed up. After several attempts, I finally got through to the support team, who said the technician was running late and would arrive at 1pm. When he did come, he said he needed to order a part and would return on Thursday the 15th, but he never did. No calls, no updates. I've been trying to reach the company, but keep getting connected to different businesses. I'm really frustrated and plan to contact my credit card provider to cancel my security deposit.
