Extremely disappointing service

I was given a time window from 9am to noon, but no one arrived. After trying to reach out multiple times, I finally got a representative who informed me the technician was delayed and would arrive at 1pm. When he finally showed up, he said he needed to order a part and would return on Thursday the 15th, but he never did. I've been trying to contact the company, but I keep getting connected to various other businesses. This situation is incredibly frustrating, and I plan to reach out to my credit card provider to cancel my security deposit.

Time slot chaos

I was given a time slot between 9am and noon, but no one showed up. Beware of this company

AVOID THIS COMPANY! You've been warned. When I called for service, I was connected to a contractor who sent a technician that never showed up when promised. He made multiple trips due to 'ordering parts' and ultimately took $525 without fixing the issue. We also never received the parts we paid for. We could have bought a new appliance for what we spent. Instead, I recommend looking for a more reputable service.

Unprofessional dealings

I hired this company to fix my dryer vent and refrigerator. Initially, I was quoted $119 for the work, but when the technician arrived, he changed the price to $219 without any clear explanation. I received numerous calls demanding immediate payment while I was driving, with no invoice ever sent to me. They insisted on cash or Zelle only, and when I asked for an invoice, the owner threatened to call the police. This feels more like a scam than a legitimate service. I recommend finding a provider that offers clear estimates and accepts standard payment methods.

Poor service quality

Terrible experience

This was a terrible experience; I urge you to avoid this company! The technician attempted to fix my fridge's ice machine, claimed it would take a few days, and requested payment via Zelle. I paid in good faith, but two months later, I still have no ice. The technician refuses to refund me. The customer service was awful, and the quality of work was subpar.

Avoid this company

Do not use this company. They charge $120 just for a service call, and they don't even bring parts to fix anything. Their prices are inflated, and if you want to cancel the repair, they charge a hefty restocking fee even if they didn't have the part to begin with.

Fraudulent charges

In the evening, a technician came and quoted me $500 for defrost cleaning. When I contacted the office for clarification, the representative made a dismissive comment. I tried to escalate my concerns, but multiple representatives denied their affiliation with the company. The technician provided an invoice that was hard to read and did not clearly state the company name. Be cautious of them.
