This was a terrible experience; I urge you to avoid this company! The technician attempted to fix my fridge's ice machine, claimed it would take a few days, and requested payment via Zelle. I paid in good faith, but two months later, I still have no ice. The technician refuses to refund me. The customer service was awful, and the quality of work was subpar.
