I purchased a FITT hose on Amazon two years ago. It is my favorite hose. It is sturdy and easy to handled. I had an issue related to splitter that was stuck in the end of the hose. Although this was not the hose's fault, customer service went above and beyond to help me. The representative was very responsive and generous. Unfortunately, repair kits are not available in the U.S. so they replaced the hose. I highly recommend them.
