I purchased a FITT hose on Amazon two years ago. It is my favorite hose. It is sturdy and easy to handled. I had an issue related to splitter that was stuck in the end of the hose. Although this was not the hose's fault, customer service went above and beyond to help me. The representative was very responsive and generous. Unfortunately, repair kits are not available in the U.S. so they replaced the hose. I highly recommend them.
I am very pleased with my recent interaction with the FITT customer service representative. She was polite, helpful and responsive. FITT makes a wonderful hose and I actually would never buy another brand at this point. They have wonderful customer service and a really great product.
I had a small problem with my hose from FITT USA Inc. and contacted the company. They immediately responded to my correspondence with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. They even sent me a brand new replacement hose. Their customer service was second to none and I highly recommend this company and their products. Only 4 stars because it's a little "different" to handle. Flat and floppy when the water is turned off, round and reasonably flexible when under pressure. Beats the hoses that shrivel up when not in use hands down!! Haven't used it with a sprinkler yet. Overall, seems to be very good quality!
