This feedback primarily concerns the service provider. I inadvertently used a term that was flagged by the review platform in my previous comments. To express my frustration, the service and the provider did not meet my expectations. When I arrived to pick up my rental vehicle, the representative stated they couldn’t accept my Visa card, which is issued by a bank. They had accepted it for the rental but refused it for the deposit. What’s the problem? Don’t you gain from card usage? Would you prefer another card type? Let me know, and I’ll change it. I’m uncertain if rental locations are franchises, but the airport location certainly needs attention.
