Horrific/Orwellian customer service!! Just to pay my premium!! I just called to pay my insurance. What a clusterific experience. 45 min of a "verbal prostate exam" because I refuse to allow AI to record my voice for a digital authentication analysis. BS just because I do not want to go through digital/automated AI billing-verification services. I will be looking for another insurance company. I will not be treated like garbage. Been a customer since the mid 80's. This was the last straw.
