We had the team investigate thoroughly to locate the leak, and it turned out that the exterior structure was deteriorating from the damage. Unfortunately, our claim was denied because the policy excludes coverage for 'long term rot,' according to a representative from the service. Although our policy states coverage for hidden mold and rot within the walls, this was disregarded. After years of consistent payments, we feel let down.
