The company let's you think they are in the U.S. but they are not, they are in China. They also are misleading about there products and mailing time. They sent me updates for over 2 weeks that there items were being g processed in the Neitherlands! They will not let you cancel your order and will not directly answer your questions. When we finally got our hat and shirt with CHARLIE KIRK and turning point we found the items were substandard material. The hat was all faded and very dull. They even put a cheap piece of plastic in it to hold the front of the hat up so it would appear firm. The shirt was thin and when we washed it the color came out and wording started coming off. This company has nothing to do with faith and is only out for taking your money. I paid $60 for 2 pieces of junk. Stay away from these gold diggers.
I purchased with this company through Facebook ad and boy I will never buy anything on a Facebook link again. I Used PayPal and was charged a totally different amount they charged 21.77 extra than what was sent with there bogus tracking number. Please dont order from them. Hopefully I get my money back.
Placed an order, like an idiot, thinking this site was good and boy was I wrong! $16 in taxes, seriously, then figured in reality it's probably a tariff charge. Also charged an international fee from my bank. Within a few hours after ordering I cancelled the order which I was charged twice for totaling over $150 because they attached the "tax" amount. Their site states you can cancel within 24 hrs for a refund. What a LIE! These people need to be shut down. It's a fraudulent website. Have written daily requesting a refund only for them to tell me sorry order is on the way. This is a disgrace these people are able to do this to a consumer.
I place (I thought) an order. When I checked my PayPal account they had charged me with two different amounts. I contacted my bank and they gave me a phone number, I called the number and the lady that answered asked me if I was calling about an order and told me that she had been receiving calls for several weeks and believed I had been scammed. I emailed them to get a phone number and they said that don't have a phone number. I checked (a little late) the reviews on that company name and it says it's probably a scam. PLEASE Don't ever purchase from any link you find on FAcebook. I'm hoping to get my money back.
As others have said this company is a total scam. As with others I ordered Charlie Kirk merch and after a month nothing has still been delivered. Everything about this company is a scam. Fake tracking information. Called credit card company and they said this is a Chinese company and the fake tracking showed the order being shipped from Italy and others here said the tracking showed from other European countries. Tracking info actually had the name of the city it was supposed to be in misspelled. From that alone you know this company is nothing but a Chinese scumbag scammer
I was overcharged and cancelled my order shortly after I placed it. I was told I was not able to cancel because the order was already processed. Then when it finally arrived, over 3 weeks later I refused the package. Now I am being told I can't get a refund because I refused the package. Do not order from this site. The product is crap and they have an excuse for everything.
Order placed on September 21st. I was not given an estimated shipping or arrival time at the time my order was placed. Sent emails requesting a shipping estimate and was only told that tracking information had not been updated. Once I finally received an update it stated that the package was being shipped from GERMANY!!!! It then had to go through customs in Germany and also in the United States. I finally received my order on October 15th. (One day after the event for which I had ordered the shirts for in the first place) I sent an email requesting to return the order and get my money back. I keep getting the run around from the "customer support" and no offer to accept the return and refund my money. This site is an absolute scam and is definitely not located in the USA. Save your time and money!
This is NOT a USA company it is a CHINA company, they charge a very HIGH tax on orders. The tracking number you get is from a fake website since trying to track the number from other websites, it can NOT be found.No telephone number to call, no way of returning the items....IF you do get them. ALSO, my credit card number was stolen from this website and sold to others to use.
I ordered a sweatshirt which wasn’t even close to sweatshirt material and I didn’t receive the item I ordered. When I contacted them to get my money back and to return it they argued with me repeatedly and said that was what I ordered. Then they stated it would cost so much to send it back, they would offer me $3.00 to keep it. The reason it would cost so much is because the company is in CHINA and not the United States like they claim. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM/TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS They also include a paper when you get your order that states After-sales Guarantee, they need to be shut down from the internet from selling!!!
