From the sales process in the showroom to the delivery process, we had an amazing experience. Sales person was knowledgable about the fridge and offered valuable assistance. Delivery was extremely fast ( the next day, which was a Saturday), which was unexpected but well received. Overall we are happy and greatful customers and will most certainly be back soon.
I've done most of my appliance shopping at TD, huge showroom, big selection, positive staff interactions. Competitive prices. I've also purchased lots of smaller appliances, tools, gadgets too. Good parking. Had a nice pie and coffee in the onsite cafe, has a small range but looks 👍 👍👍
If I could give 0 stars I would be. It took 6 and half days for my washing machine to be delivered when I live 10 mins away from the place. They also dropped it off out the front of my garage when I told them I wasnt home and they were ment to install it aswell I told them.i was a solo mother and needed it installed. I ended up getting my daughter who is 14 with major back problems who is under physiotherapy to help me carry it in side which was so awful for her back all the guy did was say sorry the customer service i received was disgusting and would not recommend shopping at the Christchurch branch again they treat there customers with disrespect. Will not be spending any of my money there again.
I bought a toilet pretty cheap. Did not come with the rubber seal for attaching it to the wall pipe and (this was the couriers fault) was delivered to the same number one st over from us. Would have been five stars if it came with the seal as now I have to go to holders and buy one to install it
I found the website and online ordering and payment systems easy to use. Processing of my order was clear and transparent, as was the shipping and delivery information.
I was happy surprised to be able to track my order for the last part of the delivery process.
My first.delivery I was out. I found everything intact. My second delivery, my phone went of and the truck was right out the door. Everything great also everything intact. Grest service. All items work really well.
I live in north waikato and have been to the Trade Depot Onehunga Store several times. Yesterday I drove to the Hamilton Store, a dimilar distance for me. Wow what a great place, everything for the builder and home owner. And so easy to find and park, the Onehunga is a tad dificult to acess. Great shopping experiance I will be back.
We had a great experience purchasing a fridge from Trade Depot. The on-line ordering process was straightforward from start to finish. Communication was clear, and the fridge was delivered as expected and in good condition.
What Trade Depot does particularly well is offering products at competitive prices, along with efficient service that makes the whole process hassle-free. One small improvement could be providing more proactive updates during the delivery process, but overall, we were very satisfied and would happily purchase from Trade Depot again.
Excellent service ordered and arrived in a few days right the way down to East Coast Hawkes Bay. Easy to use www site, great delivery service, nice fridge and fantastic prices. I have bought from Trade Depot before and am totally happy with my products.
Literally the worst company i have dealt with in the last 15 years, still waiting for my order to be delivered after 7 weeks, i get a random text from the company saying pick up/delivery scheduled? even the company doesn't know what's going on, totally useless and cant call anyone afer 5pm
