This company is a total rip-off, scam store. False advertising saying they are Nashville based...WRONG! Took over a month to get & very cheap made & not at all what is portrayed on their order page. Then no refund to be had, they offer a pittance of a refund for what the actual cost was & now won't even respond to my messages. BUYER BEWARE!!!!
I am giving a 1 rating because there is not a score of zero. I was under the impression when I ordered from a company that says USA, that it actually was in the USA. The products for this company are not. They offer expedited shipping options knowing full well you won’t receive the products for a couple of months if you receive them at all. In my case I paid for several tops and extra for shipping and haven’t received anything. The company says my package was delivered and it wasn’t. Now they won’t do anything about it. Don’t order from this company. They are crooked!
Is it possible to give a zero star? I ordered a beautiful sweater for my girlfriend for Christmas, and they initially promised delivery by December 21. Now it's January 13, and all I have are frustrations and a very suspicious delivery itinerary. When I inquired if they were using unconventional methods for shipping, I received no response. As an adult, I understand I've been taken advantage of; I've lost $100 of my hard-earned money, and my girlfriend has already purchased something for herself. Please consider this before you also fall victim to this situation.

They promised a delivery time of 4-5 days, so I ordered a shirt for a Christmas event. When it didn’t arrive as promised, I reached out to customer support and was informed of delays, receiving a tracking number that revealed it was shipped from Ireland—though PayPal suggested it originated from China. I contacted the company again and received the same excuse about delays beyond their control. The language used made it clear that English wasn't their first language. After numerous exchanges, the shirt finally arrived, and it was the lowest quality, flimsiest material imaginable. What was advertised as denim trim turned out to be merely a paint job! I’ve requested a refund but have yet to receive a response. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

This company is indeed fraudulent, as many have stated. They added $16.20 to the total amount I was quoted, and the receipt sent to my email reflected this. I reported them to a social media platform, but they did nothing. The link I clicked on used a specific name, but on PayPal, it was listed differently. All my tracking updates are coming from overseas, and my order is long overdue. I'm doubtful it will ever arrive or that it will be what I ordered. I'm currently working with PayPal to obtain a refund.
I received a coat that looked nothing like what I ordered. The material was different, it had stains, and the buttonholes were not properly cut. When I raised my concerns online, they replied with an email suggesting I wash it and offered a $6 credit. I would share photos online if I could find a platform to do so.
I ordered 2 months ago for a holiday and never received my item. They also charged my card more than the listed price. Currently, they claim my order is being held by customs in another country. AVOID THIS COMPANY; IT'S A SCAM.
Terrible shipping experience. After two weeks, I inquired about the sweatshirt, and they claimed they would expedite it. Three weeks later, I received the same response. After four weeks, they informed me it reached my area but had the wrong zip code and was being returned. The company stated they would not retrieve it due to their shipping method, so it is considered lost, and I would have to pay more for a new shipment. That won't be happening. I would label them a SCAM.
