The sales representative assured us (in writing) that the unit would be properly packaged, installed, and supported by their technical team. Trusting these guarantees, we proceeded with the purchase. Upon delivery, we were appalled to discover the unit was not fully assembled and required extensive on-site assembly by our team. The installation manual was vague and confusing, and vital technical information was never adequately communicated. We repeatedly requested that a technician be sent to our site, as initially promised. Email records confirm their acknowledgment of our request and their commitment to send someone. However, no technician ever arrived. When issues arose post-installation, the company quickly shifted the blame to us, claiming the installation was incorrect, despite: their inadequate documentation, refusal to provide on-site support, and failure to uphold their original installation promise. The salesperson became defensive and evasive, constantly arguing rather than resolving the issue. Consequently, this compressor — costing us approximately USD 70,000–80,000 — has sat unused in our warehouse without operation for even a minute. Based on our experience, the company seems to function merely as an assembly entity with severely lacking after-sales support and questionable business ethics. I strongly advise potential buyers: do not trust verbal or written assurances from their sales team, and be prepared for a lack of genuine technical support post-payment. This has been a very expensive and disheartening lesson for us.
