I purchased a unit two years ago, expecting it to work with our standard 240v single-phase power supply. Since then, the inverter fan has failed, and I still haven’t received a replacement after six months. A main air line developed a leak, but they refused to send a replacement. Now, they claim nothing will be covered under the 10-year warranty because the permissible input voltage is 208-230v single-phase. However, my power company confirms that the standard single-phase voltage in the US is 240v, which cannot be changed.
