The sales representative assured us in writing that the compressor would be packaged, installed, and supported by their technical team. Trusting these commitments, we proceeded with the purchase. Upon delivery, we were dismayed to discover that the unit was not fully assembled and required extensive on-site assembly by us. The installation manual was vague and confusing, and crucial technical details were never adequately explained. We asked multiple times for the company to send a technician to our site, as promised. We have emails confirming that they acknowledged this request and stated they would send someone. Ultimately, no technician ever arrived. When issues surfaced post-installation, the company quickly blamed us, insisting the installation was incorrect — despite: Their documentation being insufficient Their refusal to provide on-site assistance Their failure to uphold their original installation promise The salesperson became defensive and uncooperative, prioritizing argument over resolution. Consequently, this compressor — which cost us around USD 70,000–80,000 — has never been operational for even a minute and is now unused in our warehouse. From our experience, this company seems to function merely as an assembly entity with extremely poor after-sales support and dubious business ethics. I strongly advise potential buyers: do not trust the verbal or written commitments from their sales team, and be ready for a lack of real technical support after payment.
