I previously booked a package through them that was satisfactory overall—except for one hotel that didn't meet my expectations. I decided to give them another chance for a trip to Canada, which turned out to be a mistake. I was upfront about my requirements, even sharing a competitor’s quote. They provided what seemed like a good deal, but after payment, I learned that one hotel was 'on request,' and to secure a comparable option, I would need to pay an additional £1,000 to £1,500. The alternative was a downgrade to a lower-rated hotel for no extra cost or pay more for a marginally better option. The experience felt dishonest and manipulative. The sales team will say anything to close a deal, but the after-sales support is only focused on protecting the company, not the customer. Be cautious if you consider booking with them. I won't return and cannot recommend them.
