We were unaware when booking a two-week holiday to Orlando that it would be managed by another service. Our troubles began upon arrival in Tampa, as we couldn't secure a flight to Orlando despite booking over a year in advance. At the car rental, we were informed that there were no available 12-seater minibuses, and after waiting for over an hour, we received two smaller vehicles instead. After reaching our villa, we arranged for grocery delivery for the following day. That night, we left our bread by the stove, only to be awakened by a rat infestation. Yes, rats. There were also cockroaches. We were told they have ongoing issues with their villas, which we certainly did not expect. This company should be avoided. They never offered an apology and claimed they sent pest control when we reported the problem.
We just returned from an 11-night getaway in the Dominican Republic. Unsure of where to stay, we were advised to split our time between two hotels—one in a popular area and another in a different region. Both hotels exceeded our expectations; check-in was quick, the rooms were immaculate, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We absolutely loved both locations and are grateful for the suggestions from the sales representative. We had a fantastic experience and will surely return.

Really? I certainly did not anticipate this. I advise against using this service. They offered no apologies and merely mentioned that pest control would be contacted once we reported the issue.

They provided what seemed like a good deal, but after payment, I learned that one hotel was 'on request,' and to secure a comparable option, I would need to pay an additional £1,000 to £1,500. The alternative was a downgrade to a lower-rated hotel for no extra cost or pay more for a marginally better option. The experience felt dishonest and manipulative. The sales team will say anything to close a deal, but the after-sales support is only focused on protecting the company, not the customer. Be cautious if you consider booking with them. I won't return and cannot recommend them.
We had an excellent multi-city trip booked with two nights in one city, two nights in another, and two nights in yet another. Despite a tight schedule, the tailored flights worked perfectly. We even managed to arrange a wedding during our Las Vegas stay, making this memorable trip even more special. We are already planning our next multi-city trip as this experience was so well executed!
