Don’t book with these. Three times my hotel has been changed. With it taking a month for them to even communicate the change which is too late for me to make arrangements to go. I don’t want to go the third hotel and there are no seats left on the plane for us to sit together as a family for nine hours. I asked to move the holiday they won’t. They say it’s in their terms that they can change the hotels which they do not share with you at time of bookingThe second hotel was delayed opening the first closed for refurb which they knew about and still let people book
