After a slight delay in processing, a choice I was asked to make regarding my jacket, the order was completed and delivered in record time! Jacket fits well, looks to be made very well and has produced an all around great experience. Customer support was outstanding, they asked me for a clarification and answered some of my questios throughout the process quickly and accurately.
