This is one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with in 54 years of my life. I ordered Mr. Robot jacket from the website because it looked great in the picture. The order was placed on 01/18/2026. It said 13-15 days, Free shipping. Almost a month later, still NO product, so I contacted the customer service. The notorious Lisa Amber answered my emails, saying they cannot refund my money because the shipment is on its way. I got the jacket almost 2 months after on 03/09/2026; the sender was from Pakistan. Since my son liked the jacket enough and I had no energy to fight, get the return label and return to Pakistan, we kept it. Then a few weeks later, FedEx billed me for another $19 to pay the tax for importing the goods. I emailed to Lisa Amber and told her that this was supposed to be Free shipping (it's in my order slip). She highlighted a fine print on their website how customers are responsible for import/taxes. Unbelievable! Did we even know it's coming from Pakistan for 2 months? The website is USA jacket, not Pakistan jacket!! On the website, it says 12-15 days, Free shipping. This is the worst company ever. I had to pay the $19 because it'll go to collection if I don't. Do NOT purchase anything from this company.

I received a leather jacket from these guys. I ordered a XXXL and received a jacket that was three sizes too small. I have been trying to get it replaced with the right size now for the past six weeks. They asked me to verify my size and they would send me a new jacket. I did that. Then they asked me again and again. Now they are saying that their tailor says that the measurements i sent them are wrong. How can they be wrong? I got them from a valid sizing chart. These guys are stalling either because they don't want to send me a new jacket or they don't have my size. I don't think that they carry a true sized XXXL jacket even know it is available to order. Man, what a negative experience!! By the way, I've sent them my order details at least 5 times.
1) Initial third party payment suspicious.2) Item arrived weeks after order from United Arab Emirates with packing tape attached to item.3) Defective item sent (price tag glue adhered to jacket and heat during shipping process melded it into clothing fibers).4) When I contacted customer support, they said "soak it in water." (I can't make this up.) They also offered a whopping $10 refund (jacket was $70). To their credit, they offered to have me send it to a US warehouse (at my postage expense) for them to reimburse upon receiving item. However, they would not supply address of warehouse. I got an additional message that return window had closed. To be clear, I communicated that item was an xmas gift and figured they'd allow a January return, especially considering it took 3+ weeks to arrive from UAE.
Scam Scam Scam, if you require a refund you will be pushed around for days on end without a specific email explaining they will supply a refund. You constantly have to email to get you money back. The call center is inactive. It’s a complete scam of a company. Please don’t waste your time
