FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE I was searching for Newt Scamander’s New Coat and came across this site. They were using stock images to sell the coat. Obviously I was very skeptical but I gave them a chance. I don’t regret ANYTHING. They were very friendly and answered every question and request I had. I asked if they could show me the finished coat before they shipped it so I could see what I would be getting and they sent me detailed photos of the coat and it was perfect. They were nice enough to tell me that if I didn’t like the final product, they’d refund me. When I received my coat I notice the design was printed on and not actually threaded wool but it photographs so well! You can’t even tell. Buy with confidence. USA Jacket is Legit!
