I purchased an Elder Maxon Battlecoat from this company. The order process was easy and my package arrived quickly. Problem is, it's a size too small and every attempt to contact them regarding an exchange has been ignored. The exchange form on their website generated no response. The chat function on their website only produces generic responses. And the "phone number" is a whatsapp link that doesn't get responded to at all and disconnects instantly if you try to call it. And the account I made for the purchase now won't let me log in.Update:USA Jacket has finally gotten in touch with me, and is now holding my exchange ransom unless I delete this review.
