I feel bad for those giving the bad reviews, their challenges should not be occurring. I ordered the Rocketman Denim Jacket and it was of amazing quality, quilt lining with inside pockets that you can put your phone in. There are 58!!!! superior quality patches on this jacket, (you couldn't buy them individually for the price of this jacket) It sounds as if this company is outsourcing to different manufacturing in different countries, I understand that, and there is nothing wrong with that. However, it sounds as if there is a different level of competence and pride in customer service in these sites. Now, my jacket was made in(mailed from) Pakistan, not SE Asia, my jacket had a USA Jacket label and Brand hang tag, a size label and travel bag, and came as ordered and true to size. A beautifully made jacket. Also, my customer service was excellent. I forgot to order expedited service and emailed them immediately. Got a very quick response, also from Lisa, suspect a company response name, nonetheless, she guided me through the process of paying additional shipping fee, even with me having challenges with that, I got my jacket in 5 days! Perhaps those with all the terrible sizing, quality problems are from a specific facility and perhaps USAJackets can get all their contracted companies to the same level of competence and address this 'pay postage' scam that some seem to be using. I am happy with my fabulous jacket and wonderful service.
