I ordered a jacket from USA Jacket. I didn't mind the wait for the jacket as I know custom pieces take awhile. I looked at the sizing charts and it said that a xs in sizing was equivalent to a size 0/2. I usually wear that but since it was a coat, I sized up so I could wear a sweater underneath as I was planning to wear it a outdoor event during the wintertime. I'm giving 3 stars because when I received the first jacket it was absolutely stunning. The fabric was sturdy and rugged but soft, perfect. It replicated what I wanted beautifully. Then I put the jacket on. It was snug so there was no way I could wear a sweater underneath. That's ok. I can work with that. The big problem was the sleeves. For a full coat it wore like a 3/4 sleeve on my arm. The arms were so ridiculously short. Like it was a child's coat. If it was a shirt I would just wear it that way but it was a lined coat so no rolling up the sleeves. I immediately emailed the company about the sizing. They told me I could keep the to give away and they will give my $10 credit or they could make me a new one and all I would pay was shipping. I opted to pay the extra shipping for a new coat my size. They sent me the link to pay and I did. Then they asked for my measurements. I gave them the measurements. I was happily waiting for my new coat and was surprised by the quick customer service. I was happy. They gave me my options and I chose from there. Then I got another email asking if I wanted the vest that came with the jacket or just the jacket. I told them I expected both pieces as they said I could give the other one away and what I bought was 1 jacket with 2 pieces. That makes the full jacket. I did not buy them separately so why would I expect differently.If the jacket is a big larger then the vest would have to be too. They then said I would have to pay additionally to compete the jacket. What?!? Why didn't they say that beforehand? There would be no issue if they were clear. Then they gaslit me and told it its my fault because my body is not their measurements. It's my fault because I should have kept the vest part of the jacket even though they told me I could give it away. I sent them a picture of them saying so. I told them I would not pay an extra fee. It's ridiculous to keep paying extra fees. It's clear they wanted me to pay for the full jacket again. I told them they could send whatever they wanted. They sent the new jacket express (Thank you) but the new jacket is nothing like the beautiful jacket they send before. The materials and fabric are completely different. The colors are different. It's super puffy unlike the sturdy original. It genuinely looks like they made it angrily. Again, I give them 3 stars because the first jacket was made beautifully from the look to the feel. I just wish they could have given me THAT jacket in my size and not for a child. Now I have no jacket and now a family member has a beautiful jacket from a movie and franchise they haven't even watched. I'm confused as to why they couldn't make the jacket again if they had already made it once.
