Jonas Kahnwald Dark Yellow Hooded Jacket. My fiance and I became such fans of the DARK series in Netflix that made us interested to get the same jacket as Jonas’. I googled and saw USA jacket offering the exact famous yellow hoodie! I immediately ordered two jackets as we wanted to wear it on our upcoming prenup photoshoot. The customer service was superb and it is so true when they said that shipping worldwide will only take 10-13 days! I am from the Philippines and I received the package on the 12th day. How cool was that right? When my fiance and I finally met, we opened the package together but the one I ordered for him didnt fit him well. It is too small for his body. I took the chance to email back Lisa of USA jacket to ask if they can send me a replacement - a bigger size. She then replied back right away and offered me two options! So so so generous and considerate! She told me that I can keep the product I received and they will send me a new one of my preferred size FREE OF COST and I will only need to shoulder the shipping fee of $55!!! I almost wanted to cry upon reading that. Now, my third jacket from them is already being processed. :’) USA jacket’s customer service is really something! And 5 stars is seriously not enough for such outstanding service they have provided me.
