Edit: Six months later and I FINALLY received my refund. I had to contact them via whatsapp because they were ignoring a majority of my emails. This number is located on their Facebook page, the number on their website does not work. They refunded me through a sister company to my PayPal account because apparently they are still having technical issues with their account.(really? After six months?) They then had the AUDACITY to ask me to remove my review. I will never purchase from this company again due to their poor quality merchandise, poor customer service and their terrible business practice. I would not trust the positive reviews given to this company.I have been fighting for a partial refund of an item I order, that was not as pictured and extremely poor quality, since November. They have done everything in their power to put off giving me this refund and they were ignoring many of my emails. DO NOT trust this site. They claim that their merchant account is having issues but based on reviews I'm reading on here that "issue" has since been fixed but they still seem unable to give me the refund that they promised me. They keep telling me to go through my bank but my bank will not refund me on their behalf because purchase protection only covers stolen and broken items within 90 days of the purchase. I have been fighting for this refund since the day I received my item in the mail. It has been 5 months and I have been forced to send them emails from different accounts to get their attention due to them ignoring most of my emails. I'm not sure what else I can do but I will not give up until I get that refund.Edit: I just received an email from them telling me "We don't have the authorities to refund because Bank doesn't give us the option of a refund. Only they have the right to refund your amount." which makes absolutely no sense and why would they be guarunteeing refunds to people if they didn't have the authority to give them?
