Ordered a Chicago Bears varsity jacket and had a positive experience with USA Leather Jackets. The size of my first jacket was too small (I recommend ordering a size or 2 up) but I emailed the company and they responded right away and immediately addressed my issues. Customer service was responsive and courteous. They corrected my concerns and shipped me a new jacket right away. The quality and fit are wonderful and it looks great!
