Ordered December 24th, took two weeks to receive shipping confirmation.
Jacket came in and was defective, the sticking has plastic coming out of it and the patch(s) are peeling off and/or not stitched on and just folded.
Sent email and never received a response, now over the 30 day return so just wasted money on a jacket that can't be worn.
Ordered a Chicago Bears varsity jacket and had a positive experience with USA Leather Jackets. The size of my first jacket was too small (I recommend ordering a size or 2 up) but I emailed the company and they responded right away and immediately addressed my issues. Customer service was responsive and courteous. They corrected my concerns and shipped me a new jacket right away. The quality and fit are wonderful and it looks great! I would do business with USA Jackets again. Also, I’m not a bot or a paid reviewer. Real South Side Chicago guy here. Bear Down!
Am I an idiot for not reading any review on USA Jackets. I just now made an order for an Italy Olympic team jacket. When I see SCAM in the reviews it’s obviously concerning. But it seems that the scam is they are selling Chinese made garbage. I have no illusions that what I ordered is not, in fact, what the Italian team wears. It’s not Armani. So, I will report back once I receive my jacket. Thanks to everyone here for taking time to post a review.
I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Took over a month to receive. The photos they provide are not the product you receive. Cheap material, smelled like plastic not wool as advertised. Felt like felt. I ordered a Bears varsity bomber. The letters were not chenille as shown. They were fabric and stitched very poorly. Stitching connected different colors across the top of the letters. It looked like a string theory chart. Instead of saying 85 Super Bowl Champions it said Super Bears Champions. Still waiting to see if I’ll receive a refund.
I ordered a large Ike jacket, which is the size I normally wear. When I received it, it was too big. I inquired about returning it for a different size. I was told they would be glad to assist. They requested my measurements and advised me to keep the original order. All the requested was a $30.00 fee, which I thought was fair, getting 2 jackets for $120.00. Great experience.
Ordered in November and received confirmation. No update for two weeks so I emailed and it shipped next day. Opened on Christmas and was too small. Emailed again and got prompt response for exchange process. Almost a month later got the new jacket. No problem with service or quality just need to be patient
Any 5 star reviews here are fraudulent; this company pays people to post them. There is NO WAY those folks are talking about THIS JACKET. Go look at the reviews on their own website; they are all surprisingly very similar to each other. Useless customer service. Do not believe their “30 Days Easy Return”; when you read the fine print, they say that you have SEVEN days to notify them that you have a problem with your purchase and then THEY have 30 days to refund your money. HA! Not really what the rest of the world means by “30 Day Return”. They also take forever to respond to emails. They insisted that I send pictures of the jacket, even though it wasn’t damaged; the size was too small and the quality was JUNK. Then I realized that the orange star decals are peeling off even though all I’ve done was take it out of the bag. I might have paid $10-15 for this but not $99. ALSO, they don’t’ tell you that you will be charged $11 for an imported item; you’ll get a separate invoice for that 2-3 weeks later, from Fed Ex, who cover that when the box enters the country and then they pass that cost on to you. So it’s really a $110 jacket. They probably made it for $5. RUN, don’t walk, AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. Posted this review on their website; you get an automatic message they they need to approve of your review. It will likely never see the light of day there.
DO NOT PURCHASE!!! The quality was extremely poor, and the jacket did not fit. The only way to contact them is via email, and they don't respond in a timely fashion. You have to request a return and refund, but they don't provide you with return instructions so you never get a refund. I'm stuck with a junk jacket and out of money.
