I placed an order for 2 catalog racks from this place (Sept. 2025). The site states they usually ship within hours/24-hrs. Two days went by, so I inquired about shipment status via their customer service text 201-588-5021. I got an immediately reply confirming that unfortunately, due to the tariffs, shipment won't go out until Dec, 2025. I stated that unfortunately, that's too late to wait, and I'd need to cancel the order. *No reply. I called a couple hours later and after being on hold for 10 mins, decided to follow up via text. The person replied angrily via CAPS stating their lines are open and order had been canceled. So I politely replied confirming I was on hold and that I inquired via their EMAIL. They angrily replied back to my text starting it's canceled. Again, refuse to provide an adequate written proof that order had been canceled. Stay away from this place and avoid at all costs. I wish I could provide the screenshots to show you the nasty level of customer service.
