Our 2 local papers are owned by USA Today. I have a digital subscription (ordered online) to each, as does my wife. I called to cancel my subscriptions since the website to our local papers kept saying error and couldn't do it at this time. It said I must call to cancel.I called to cancel today. The woman "Rio" I believe was the name answered and said she would help me. I told her I'm canceling my 2 subscriptions since my wife had an account. She kept asking me for my wife's account info without cancelling my subscription. I had to tell her three times I'm reporting her to our Consumer Affairs Div of our state Attorney General's Office. It got to the point I wanted to talk to her supervisor after 5 times I want it cancelled. She then agreed to cancel, that I would receive a confirmation email to confirm cancelation. Still haven't received those emails. I never will pick up a local paper owned by this scam business.
