Don't even think about renting from this company; they're thieves. They never return your deposit. When you sign the contract, they tell you the deposit will be returned in 7 to 10 business days, and then after that time, they tell you the office will process it. According to the contract, it takes 30 to 45 days. Forty-five days passed, and I had to go back to their offices in person, and they supposedly refunded my money. And guess what? The woman, Andreina Gonzalez, told me it would be processed in 24 to 48 hours, and after 72 hours, the refund disappeared; they canceled it. They're thieves. Don't rent from U-Save; they should be called U-Lose
