I wish I could leave 0 stars. I placed an order middle of September, the last shipment update I got was on 10/11/2025. I’ve emailed asking for additional updates and they responded once apologizing that the carrier can sometimes have delays and communication issues. Now we’re at the end of January and I’ve given up hope that I’m getting my order. Emailed them to cancel my order but fully expecting to dispute this. Mad at myself for not researching the company first.
