I wish I could leave 0 stars. I placed an order middle of September, the last shipment update I got was on 10/11/2025. I’ve emailed asking for additional updates and they responded once apologizing that the carrier can sometimes have delays and communication issues. Now we’re at the end of January and I’ve given up hope that I’m getting my order. Emailed them to cancel my order but fully expecting to dispute this. Mad at myself for not researching the company first.
I would rate this lower than one star if I could! The shipment took over 20 days to arrive. I found this company through social media, and there was no indication that it was shipping from overseas. Now, when I ask about my purchase, I receive threats! This is not a legitimate veteran-owned business in the USA, and it's disgraceful to exploit the term 'veterans' to sell their poor-quality items!

I ordered two shirts in September 2025. The tracking indicated it was coming from overseas, not the USA. The last update said it was delivered, but I live in Florida! I reached out to support and only received an automated reply instructing me to contact the postal service. Terrible service. I feel cheated!
Completely misleading advertising! These items are not made by veterans or even in the USA. They are very poorly constructed with no tags. The products look entirely different from what is shown online. They shipped from overseas and took nearly six weeks to arrive, well past the promised date. Definitely not worth the money spent. A valuable lesson learned; they will say anything to get your money. What a scam!
I placed an order on September 22, 2025, and it has not arrived. When I tried to contact support, I received the same automated message saying my order was on the way. It has been over a month with expedited shipping. DO NOT ORDER from this company. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card.
If I could give negative stars, I would. I bought two shirts and paid way too much. It took over a month to arrive, and the items were extremely small. I strongly advise against ordering from them. I reached out for help, and they offered me a mere $4 for my trouble. After several emails, they raised it to $9, while I spent nearly $75. They said I would need to return the items to overseas, which would be too costly for me.
This company is fraudulent. If they are claiming to be veteran-made, it must be by veterans from another country, as my order shipped from there. It's been six weeks since I placed my order, and my shirt has yet to arrive. This feels like stolen valor; these items are not made by veterans in the USA as they suggest!
