I wouldn’t recommend US Car Go Freights…

I wouldn’t recommend US Car Go Freights even if they were the last car transporting company in the world. I originally was quoted $500 from Bruce Davis(Phone # : 727-615-2825) who set up this entire pick up in New Hampshire and drop off for me in South Carolina.As the days approached for pickup I got ZERO communication from this company or the people picking up my vehicle which was extremely alarming to me. My vehicle was supposed to be picked up March 31st, and I called back US Car Go Freight to see why I haven’t gotten any calls, emails or texts. Katie Sherman (Phone #: 727-387-4712) WHO IS BY FAR THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL CALL REPRESENTATIVE I’VE EVER SPOKEN TO, not only informed me that my cost would be DOUBLE at pick up due to THEM not having enough drivers, mind you I scheduled this 2 weeks in advanced, so I was genuinely confused why that was my problem and they didn’t accommodate my pickup well in advance…and on top of that failed to communicate anything to me at all the entire day. I sat and waited from 8am to 6pm at night waiting for a driver after she promised numerous times that they are dispatching someone. Katie gave me the number for a gentleman who spoke ZERO English and blatantly hung up on me after asking him if my car was being picked up or not. Katie then stated that they couldn’t pick up my car due to “the truck bed having problems”…I had to keep calling them to get answers ALL DAY due to their LACK OF COMMUNICATION and every single time I spoke to Katie the story changed. For hours I felt like I was being scammed and they were never coming. I had to be on a flight as of April 1st and made that VERY clear to the people I spoke to therefore I needed my car picked up the 31st, they completely dropped the ball and I had to leave my car in another town to get retrieved. An AMAZING tow truck driver finally picked my car up and due to Katie and her unprofessionalism she dispatched also ANOTHER truck driver on accident who came all the way from New York to New Hampshire only to realize another company had already retrieved my vehicle earlier in the day on the 1st of April. Not only are they affecting the customers but also these poor drivers who are getting their time completely wasted. I wouldn’t contract with this company if I were these drivers! I will be sure to let EVERYBODY KNOW TO STAY FARRRRR AWAY FROM US CAR GO FREIGHTS. Their practices and incompetent call center representatives will be the reason this company gets driven to the ground. Absolutely appalled that a company is allowed to operate in such a poor manner!
