Last minute, LAST NIGHT @ 9 PM (after the other shipper closed), I called US Car-Go Freight, who was still open. I needed the car shipped TODAY by EOB, and the operator said, “No problem!” They gave me very fair pricing and IMMEDIATELY confirmed and guaranteed that my car would be picked up TODAY by EOB. No other shipper was doing that. And just like that, my precious baby was picked up @ 3 PM TODAY, less than 24 hours later!Fantastic customer service. Emails went out as soon as the order was placed, and emails went out as soon as it was scheduled. The driver, Mike Adams, called and texted to let me know when he was both a few hours out and 45 minutes away.Mike Adams was extremely experienced. He inspected the vehicle, took photos, drove my car off the lot of the garage of my building, and loaded my car all under 45 minutes!My rep, savior, and angel was Samantha Clark! Ask for her!
