Do not waste your money paying subs to usdaw I was a member for 16 year and when I needed help they were useless.You can never get a area rep to actually attend meetings they palm you off with a untrained unprepared Instore rep. Trust me they do not care about their members rights just the money from the subscriptions. Absolute joke of a union that are so hand in glove with tesco that they are merely puppets. Avoid like the plague.
